Interviewing for the role they put out has to be the biggest waste of my time. Honestly the first round was good however it went downhill from there. Didn’t receive feedback for weeks until I contacted them to which they put me through to the next stage. I was told this stage would be the final stage. 1 thing I didn’t like however is that I was made to do a role play. I am not an actor and don’t find it appropriate to be put on the spot without prior warning.
Had a decent interview with him also. Was called randomly with no warning by someone higher up who asked me a million questions (many of which had been asked in previous rounds)
1 of the questions which was asked (which infuriated me) was, why are you applying for this collections role when essentially your going from collections to collections? I found this belittling of what I do.
Rambled on and on and said he would get back to me the following week. It has been months since this conversation. A complete waste of time. Didn’t receive any feedback which I find extremely unprofessional. I suspect they will provide feedback once I am on my deathbed in my 70s.
When advising my salary expectations (which was in their range) they appeared to be taken a back. Why have that as the range if you don’t intend on paying this to your workers.
Absolute cowboy company.
