A recruiter reached out to me regarding the position, and I passed the screening test, followed by a technical interview a week later. However, the role lacked a clear description from the start. After 3 weeks of investing time and effort in the hiring process, I was abruptly informed by the recruiter that the company had decided to put the position "on hold" and would not be hiring anyone for this position after all. No clear explanation was provided, leaving the process feeling disorganized and unprofessional.
