The interview process was more difficult then others in my past. It was extremely important to have a extermly strong excel skills. A test is given that is extremely difficult, but gives a accurate assessment of excel skills.

Interview
Interview seemed easy going. It appeared if they were looking more for chemistry than actual experience. It was stated that anything I was unfamiliar with they would offer training. There was an Excel test at the end of the interview to test your ability to preform formulas and data manipulation.

Interview
Fairly straightforward interview regarding analytics thinking and questions regarding problem solving. Excel test to demonstrate skills mining data. Panel interview with several senior members from analyst/reporting team. Nothing too outlandish asked regarding typical data analyst/research analyst position
