Had an informational interview prior then had the online interview, not much feedback on why I didn't get it. Nice recruiter, but application process included merchandising mood board. Second round interview they fly you out to philadelphia.
The interview was through Hirevue, only 4 questions, one of them was about how you follow trends. The first ones were just about you and your experience, what makes you a good candidate, and the last 2 were more specific to the job
