Easy process. Mostly behavioral questions, why Urban Outfitters, what will you bring to the table. You will talk to one of the managers of the store you are applying to

I had a nice chat, but considering it's just a part-time retail job, I think they take it too serious. Had 3 interviews and questions like they hire for a management position.
- What you bring to the team and to the company.

The interview process was easy and very casual. They asked basic interview questions. There were a couple of rounds of interviews with different levels of management and they made everyone do a background check.

Firstly I was emailed and ask when was I available to come in for an interview, afterwards I came in the store and waited for the manager, when the manager came over I realized that another person was also there for a interview and the manager interviewed both of us at the same time , the manager took turns rotating between the two of us asking us questions, some of the questions are, what inspires your creativity, why do you want to work here Etc , then the manager had us fill out a paper saying what days and times we're available, also our email address and number ,then the manager said we could stay and shop or leave .

The recruiter for NUULY (their partner company) is awfully rude. Bad experience! No questions even asked. She likes to ignore follow up then sends a rejection email. Low value company. They are looking for under-qualified people.
- Tell me your customer service experience

First round was through an automated interview website with timed questions and you were given a deadline to finish the interview. I had never done that before so I wasn’t the most prepared but had I researched more questions I would’ve felt more comfortable.
- Who is your favorite retailer and why?

HireVue interview platform asks general questions and you have 2 minutes to prepare then talk for 3 minutes about your answer. It allows one re-take per question. Felt stressful to be put on the spot with the questions asked, especially because the time 3 minutes is quite long for answering a question like "why are you interested?"
- How do you see yourself growing with the URBN brand?

The manager of the store will call and have a quick chat. Then you choose a time slot on the link they send to go in for an in person interview. The in person was done with a group of other applicants in the break room.
- How would you handle a difficult customer?

Hirevue Interview, so it was one sided. They asked me to talk about myself, and very basic questions, but the last question was to present an idea or way to grow Anthropologie (like a campaign).
- Basic tell me about yourself question and also present a new idea to grow Anthropologie
