Interview
Contacted me via email initially to set up a phone conversation. The phone conversation went really well, the HR manager (who was also the owner) was really "cool". He was kind of old but trying to act young, which normally doesn't work very well, but he was rather laid back so it worked. The in person interview was very casual, they definitely do not expect you to be in business attire as everyone I saw working there was wearing jeans/khaki's and t-shirts/polos. The interview went very well, there weren't too many technical questions, but it was rather off the wall. I felt like he was trying to get a glimpse into my personality rather than my professionalism I would bring to the team.
