I applied online for an open position to become a Flood Tech and was called in right away. It was just like any normal interview. Keri is does the interviewing and she is very nice and very unthreatening so no need to worry about that. She'll be sure to treat you fairly and let you express a little about yourself and where you see yourself in the next few years. If you are willing to work hard and be on call you'll pretty much get hired!

One-sided. The decision-maker only talked about himself and his company. There was no real "needs fit" analysis. I really feel like they weren't prepared to hire for this level of Executive and the President was not willing to make the financial commitment to grow his business.
- How much do you need to make?
