Interview
The interview was very clear and well structured.
The first interview: I interviewed with the head of marketing (Lazar) and the CEO (Gene).
They both were extremely professional and asked the right questions, it was a very pleasant interview overall. I was asked about a few scenario and what I would do and how I would tackle the problems at hand.
They clearly understood my strength and weaknesses in my CV and asked me about them.
The second interview was with the CPO (Colin): Colin was very engaged and asked interesting questions about my background, addressed challenges Uxcel is facing and how best to tackle them. He was very well prepared, so was I.
Unfortunately, I was not selected for the position, but luckily, the team understood the value of time and effort I had put into the interviews and got on a 15 minute feedback call with me, which I believe every company should do. Lazar was very empathetic during the call and clearly explained what I lacked, what to improve on, and what the other candidate did the beat me to the position.
Overall, I highly appreciate the team at Uxcel and I will be rooting for Uxcel's success in the future.
