I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at V Pizza (Jacksonville, FL) in Jul 2020
Interview
It was a mix of structured and unstructured interview process. Unstructured - asking my personal goals, things about me, etc. Structured - behavioral interview to see how I interact at my current job. This gives them an idea of how I would fit into the busy environment there.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at V Pizza (Gainesville, FL) in Jul 2016
Interview
Applied in person and arranged for an interview a few days later. My interviewer showed up 30 mins late and said that I showed up to early, which just shows how unorganized he was.
