VERDANT (TX) interview questions

They only care about filling the position. This company has no respect for others or applicants. HR person seemed inexperienced. Hiring manager did not seem knowledgeable about his company or their products.

Standard interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. Asked about my experience in EHS, my background, what led me to this role, etc. Asked me to go on-site and see the processes. On-site location is a beaten down facility and there is a lack of diversity. This is the only interview I had that did not reimburse me for the travel to the on-site location so while I did not receive the offer, I’m glad I didn’t have to deal with poor management and the cheapness.
