Interview
They first call on phone for initial screening. Then they ask for availability for face to face online interview. In the interview, they give some scenario. Based on those i had answer. For example, "if you see water on the floor of the client's house when you reach there what would you do", " what type of abuse the aged or disabled person faces?", etc. Ultimately they were very helpful.
