The interview process consist of 3 interviews; first a screening call with the HR Assistant (tell me about yourself, strength, weaknesses, why this job, salary indication), followed by on-site interview with direct manager and HR Assistant. It was a very lovely conversation more than an interview. Questions covered were "what do you do to relax", "how do you handle conflicts"). They were able to answer all my questions in regards to the role and company.
The third interview was with Operations Director and Head of Engineering. Again, a lovely chat and I was asked about what I wanted to be when I was a child, why and why that didn't turn out like that. Then we went through every single role and I was asked:
- what did I like the most about that job
- what I liked the least about that job
- what I could have done better
- what I am most proud of
I found the company and the people lovely and it was a very pleasant interview process. However, I was told they were going to get back to me early next week, but only after I emailed the following week did I get feedback that I was not chosen.
