Did not have a traditional interview transitioned over when company assumed valencia counceling services. Regional director said it was just a formality so they had something on paper for the Arizona office. The interview was more of a get to know you session, very informal and comfortable. In the end the regional director asked me questions beyond the 12 cookie cutter questions.
