Interview was nice and smooth.
Interview asked some general questions about your personality and experiences. It was a little crowded when since it was a new graduate hire, however, overall was a great experience

Why Nursing and why?
Easy going, they want to know more about you . It was for new grad so there were constant interviews happening around you, so it wasn’t as intimidating. It was more personal
The interview process was structured and professional. It began with a phone screening followed by a panel interview with the hiring managers and senior nurses. They asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions, focusing on patient care scenarios and teamwork. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable, allowing me to share my experiences fully. I appreciated how they also provided information about the unit and the hospital’s culture.
