It was through a recruiter. The first stage was a quick and sweet conversations with the recruiter. Second stage was with the hiring manager. It was more of an informal chat on why the role, experience and experience I could bring. The third and final stage was a presentation presenting any piece of work that demonstrates my skills/experience for the role, more of a show and tell than presentation.
