Value Partners Group interview questions

I arranged three interview sessions but only met two interviewers. The first interviewer mentioned that my experience is primarily in back-office support. However, I believe this point is irrelevant, as I assumed my CV had already been reviewed and assessed prior to the interview. If my background did not align with the role requirements, I’m unsure why I was invited to interview in the first place, as it did not make much sense to me. Additionally, I found the stated working hours—8:00 to 22:00 with standby requirements throughout—to be quite unreasonable. This raises serious concerns about work-life balance.
