I applied through other source. I interviewed at Vanguard Capital & Equities (Austin, TX) in Nov 2020

Interview

Was long and drawn out. Checked references and all seemed to go well. Offer was seemingly low and written in an odd way. As I asked for clarification on simple things like business expences, salary etc the CEO got defensive . I passed and moved on to other opportunities.
