Super chill and nothing out of the ordinary as far as questions are concerned. Typical where do you see yourself? What world you do if? Describe a time when you? sort of questions.
Talking like a normal interview. Face to face talking about experience in Sales and leadership. Scheduling, Reports, Hourly tracking. You are working towards hourly, quarterly, goals compared to other stores in your district.

Very easy, couple of interviews w sm’s and dms, in person interview, felt like they were trying to find the right fit for me as well as themselves. Overall very chill interview and atmosphere.

Submitted an application, then received a link to hirevue to answer six questions and the site records the answers. I didn't hear from anyone until about a month later then was interviewed by a manager.
