Very laid back interview. I felt that i had over dressed and should have gone with a more skater casual look. I was asked regular interview questions as well as personal questions about my life and hobbies.

Question 1
Name a time where you had two employees in conflict. How did you handle that situation?
Recruiting partner was thorough and friendly. There was a long gap of time at one point where I was waiting for a next step and the recruiter couldn’t explain why. Interviews seemed very focused on behavior and culture as opposed to skillset or accomplishments.

Zoom interview process prior to 2023, originally interviewed with the store manager and after an approximately 30 minute interview, I was forwarded to a second interview with a store manager from another location which was approximately 30 minutes as well. Within a week I had heard back with a job offer.

Interviewed with four different people until I got an offer. Started on the phone to in person. Took a couple months to get the first interview. Everyone was very transparent during the interview process.
