The interview process was well-structured and completed in around 2–3 weeks, consisting of 3–4 rounds. It started with an online assessment that included aptitude, basic programming, SQL queries, and debugging questions. Candidates who cleared this moved to a technical interview focused on core concepts like OOPS, data structures, SQL joins and optimization, along with project discussions and scenario-based problem-solving questions. Some candidates were also given a live coding task. The next round was managerial/behavioral, where interviewers assessed communication skills, teamwork experience, ability to handle production issues, and career goals. In some cases, a final HR round covered salary, joining timeline, and internship-to-full-time conversion details. Overall, the difficulty level was moderate, and the interviewers were professional and supportive, mainly testing strong fundamentals and practical understanding.
