Vative interview questions

The interview was really a discussion around whether Vative and myself could work together on a HR initiative whereby I would be paid on an hours bills basis. However there was an opportunity if successful to later down the track be a business partner. Steve and Theo put a proposition forward but I was offered a full time job and chose to take that path.

Good real conversation. Thorough discussion and activities to demonstrate skills. Discussion related to purpose alignment and character strengths. After the interview I was shown around the business and offered to go out with a few existing team members to ensure that I was also aligned to the type of work and culture of the organisation. Office is in a great location and very progressive. The work allowed me to continue to grow my own business while sharing on mutual opportunities for the services provided by Vative.
