I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Fairly decent experience, just a long process. Had numerous interviews, however got to speak to key managers and leaders in the company - this showed how much they care about integrating you to the right team and making sure you’re the very best fit. I understand the necessity of the process, but it was certainly a longer experience than other companies that I’ve communicated with.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
I applied online. I interviewed at Veeva Systems in May 2026
Interview
final stage was a one-on-one interview with team member. split into 3 parts - first part was a deep dive into your motivations for the role etc, second part was a chance to talk about yourself and third part was more general interview questions (give an example of how you demonstrated good teamwork, had to give feedback etc).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
why this role? why not a lab based role? they ask this question in many different ways until they're satisfied with your answer and they feel like they understand your motivations
