I applied online. I interviewed at Veeva Systems in Mar 2022
Interview
Long and frustrating interview process. Phone screen, followed by 1:1 'why veeva' job history review with hiring manager, followed by infamous "Candidate Exercise" presentation, followed by 1:1 with dept director.
I spent probably 40 hours on the candidate exercise, received great feedback throughout the interview process, and was told to expect an offer. I followed up multiple times over the course of ~3 months, but was always given vague excuses for why my offer was delayed. I never did get a written offer and I ended up accepting another position elsewhere. Probably for the better as the lack of communication was a red flag for me.

Question 1
Why do you want to transition from industry to this role?
they have 5 rounds of interview s minimum, why? its ridicilous, the process took more than a month, who has so much time today for one application? I alsó had to completely tasks ah home work and also during the interviews
there's this new personality test that wasn't there in the previous year... pretty basic but also i find it silly to use this as a metric of value. i didn't get past this because i think i kept overthinking the test. just answer honestly and consistently.
