I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Veeva Systems
Interview
There's a phone call, a Skype or in-person interview, a case exercise (expect to take 15-20 hours on this), meeting with another manager, and a fifth interview. Takes awhile to go through the whole process. Overall, it was pretty intensive, especially the case exercise. They present an issue and you have to learn how to use their system and configure a solution with it. It seemed like they had to go through the process even though I could tell from the beginning that it was going well and I would get hired. Best way in is to get an employee referral.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
