I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Veeva Systems in Feb 2023
Interview
Moving onto the technical portion of the interview process, candidates are asked to configure a solution for a mock client using their Vault platform. Candidates were expected to spend 20-30 hours on this exercise and give a 1h long presentation of their solution. The platform was completely foreign to me as I can imagine it was to almost every other candidate, and I had quite a few questions. However, if there was one thing I learned it was that asking questions was a mistake, despite the description of the project encouraging it. The questions I asked went unanswered, and I later found out in a post-rejection follow-up call that my questions were actually a detriment to my value. They said that they would rather a candidate give their best effort alone and say "I don't know" when met with a question they can't answer. From my interview process, I've come to realize that the Veeva Consulting Program has a few glaring red flags when it comes to leaving associates with little direction and assistance.

long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
