Their 3rd step of the interview process involves asking highly personal questions and should be illegal in Europe. Moreover, this is not a formality, they actually consider your personal life and make a decision based on that whether to move onto next step or not.

Few interviews with directors and hr, rejected due to high salary expectations, recruiter is not local and had no idea what the company was willing to offer that’s why I went through all of the stages and got rejected after a final interview. They also give a few case studies, but don’t provide feedback, I guess they were satisfied if I was allowed to proceed to further interviews

Interview
It was an 1h interview directly with the hiring manager. There were some standard questions such as "Tell me about yourself", "What are your strengths?", "What do you believe it will be most difficult for you when starting this job?" etc. The whole interview process seems long - there is a background check and 2-3 rounds of other interviews.
