They asked for 4 to 5 interviews + art test + one week on-site to "test" you, and they still can reject your application after that. They allowed hybrid work but you still need to move to Dublin which is a very expensive city.

They asked what my experience was. About my motivation and career goals. They also asked if I could adapt my art style if necessary.

Interview process was thorough and they took the time to give feedback on the test. Feedback was positive and helpful. The test was quite free in terms of direction. I had to break down a piece so that it was modular
