Overly long and inefficient recruitment process. Started with a test, then a full-day assessment centre that was described as the final stage. Most of the morning was spent on a Lloyd’s building tour, which felt unnecessary, with only ~3 hours of actual assessment (mainly a presentation). A few days later, I was contacted for an additional interview that should have been done earlier. Poorly structured overall.
