Interview
I felt like the interviewer was distracted. I can understand if the interviewer was not interested in me as a candidate, but I'm not sure why they would have talked to me if they weren't really interested.

What about my current firm made me want to make a lateral move.
I met with associates and partners, all of whom were friendly and seemed to genuinely like the firm; consisted mostly of basic informational and behavioral questions; two separate rounds; plenty of time to ask questions of my own.

Interview
Met with several partners and associates, very friendly and welcoming, interview was long but gave good impression of firm. Got to see the office and meet a lot of people.
