I applied online for a customer service position. I had a brief phone interview with the office in Chicago. They asked me basic questions about my past employment and what interested me in the position.
Interview process was very long and vague and ultimately led nowhere. Very long tests and phone calls were required and no follow up or reason why I was not chosen

Interview
First a phone screening, then an in-person group interview. Management delivering the presentation seemed confused on the roles and responsibilities position. The recruiter never really responded to emails. Overall most of the Venmo staff seemed cool.
