I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at VentureBlick (Singapore) in Mar 2025
Interview
I am feeling so good through the entire interview process. I have three rounds of interview. At the first round, I have a f2f conversation with HR. She introduced the company and company structure to me, then asked me about my career aspirations, that she was trying to match mine with company's. I had 7 year working experience already, and looking for the internship after my new master degree, so that I was not fit with entry level job. However, after knowing my career pivot, HR tried to introduce me to business leaders who might provide me better offers that I can contribute and learn from this working experience. Talking with another two leaders was pleasant. They shared their daily working duties and helped me grasp the whole picture. Most importantly, they asked what I want to gain from the work. I thought the interview is mutually selection. I appreciate how they care about the development of employee, and make it happen - created the position to best fit the candidate.

Very swift and efficient. Nice process and not long. Team is located abroad and home office is possible. Nice location and people. Not too stringent but have to meet 3 different people in different rounds.
