Veolectra interview questions

Easy going, relevant questions. Met with the team at their facility. Very friendly overall. I really liked the employees and it seemed like an amazing opportunity, however, their salaries are extremely low. Expectation was equivalent to me performing approximately 4 of my previous jobs for this one job. Was supposed to report to the COO. Salary was under 100k, much less than market rate for the same position. Company refused to negotiate compensation. In addition, employee is expected to pay roughly half of the cost for medical benefits. Great opportunity overall, just the salary is not in line with what it should be for the role.
