I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Veolia (Palakkad) in Jan 2023
Interview
it was easy going and nice . The questions were easy and weren't technical they asked about the projects that I had previously done. I had a pleasant experience as the interviewers were friendly. They first conducted an aptitude test and then a group discussion. The last stage was the interview
I had a 30-minute Zoom interview. I started by introducing myself, and then the interviewer introduced himself and explained what kind of work I would be doing in the role. The interviewer was very nice and started with some ice-breaking questions, which helped create a comfortable atmosphere. He also gave me helpful advice about my future career path.
It was calm. I was presented with the focus of the department and asked about my goals and its alignment with their objectives. I felt optimistic about these objectives and believed I could contribute more as well as grow professionally

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Veolia (Hong Kong) in May 2024
Interview
Relatively easy first round online interview asking standard interview questions(tell me about yourself, skills etc). Moved on to second round group interview and had to finish a group assignment in 30 minutes, in addition giving me a personal video recording assignment which I had a week to do.
