Assessment centre with group tasks followed by 2 interviews. Invitation to site visit dependent on assessment centre performance. Site visit included a tour, interview, and informal chats with various team members. Site was in Watford.

Interview
There was no telephone or virtual meeting before the face to face interview that took place in their office at Westminster, and in attendance were two senior managers. They were both asking me questions and it lasted for just over an hour. At the end of the interview, I was informed that they will let me know if I would be invited next stage.
