It was an easy and flexible interview booking process. The interviewers were professional and explained the position and the company in great detail. Feedback took roughly a week between rounds.

This business has some way to go in understanding candidate experience. Emailing a candidate (who meets the brief), saying the recruiter will be in contact to arrange an interview. Then a couple days later send the candidate another email saying they have not been shortlisted ! Clearly they have been overwhelmed with CV's but to do this is just thoughtless and unprofessional.
