Verified interview questions

After a regular HR interview and passing a test task, was scheduled a call with a product manager assistant (male, obviously) who asked me how I, “as a woman”, would make sure my opinion counts. This was preceded with “it is not meant to be offensive, but since you are not West European or American, you are probably less sensitive to these questions too”. Just wow.
