The interview was well and professionally carried. They made it very relaxing , which was less stressful. Not a lot of questions but they know and do thorough their homework in picking their hires.

Most question will be asked with you having to give an example when you had to work on a project, or manage a process all the way through, be prepared to give exampoles of what you did wrong and how you corrected any issues. Speak to how well you lead, work with others, anticipate the customers needs and strive to provide stellar service.

The 1st stage of the process was a test of my writing skills. They sent me a situation about an upset customer and I was supposed to respond via email as if I were writing the customer.
