Apply on line. E-mail to job fair at hotel. All day interview. Meet with every dept from HR to Managaer and District Manager. Pay for own parking,not good. They make you an offer. Send you to school. Shadow for a week. Then on your own. Then you are on your own. Not much help from anyone. Everytime you sell it's money out of there pocket. very cut thoat.
