Applied online. Was invited to do a video interview via email. Completed video interview and flew to NJ for a superday. Superday included two 1:1 interviews with senior Verizon people and then there was a group activity/interview where we worked as a team on a team-building type problem.

All behavioral. Asked a lot about what you did for this, how did you overcome that, etc. Nothing technical. Low pressure and both people interviewing me were super nice. Happened over zoom within a week of recruiter reaching out to me.

Applied via Verizon career website. From here, they sent me an email about a week after submitting my application asking me to take an exam that consisted of behavioral-type questions and a cognitive exam essentially. Then, received a call about a week or two later telling me I got selected for an interview and had two 45-minute interviews.

The whole process Took about 2 full weeks. I cut them at the end of recruiting. I applied online through a campus event I was sent an assessment and then a phone screening and then I had a super day which was two back to back 30 minute meetings.
