Long process, it takes a while but very detail. I spent about 8 hours and met 5 different people. It took about 3 months to get the whole process completed.

Interview
More structured than in previous years. Verizon has done a lot to improve the interview process recently and provide interviewers with better tools so they can evaluate evenly. I have personally hired a lot of people at Verizon so familiar with the plus and minus points of the process.
