Interview
group interview depending on your partner diversity program, T. Howard will have you do an hour long group interview before getting to interview with the Verizon partners. Then, interview with two people from a partner company, then a phone screen and that's it. It was pretty good. The partner interview was very conversational.

Tell me about yourself, why do you want to be in the program, why do you enjoy marketing and advertising, tell me about a time you received feedback, they'll ask about leadership, conflict etc.

Interview
The interview process for the Adfellows program consisted of two interviews after a required portfolio review and alumni info session attendance. The interviews are about 45 minutes to an hour each with partners in the consortium.

A representative for the company reached out and sent a list of questions that would be asked in the simple pre-screen interview, followed by attending the lunch and learn session. Then there are two more interviews that must be passed and a committee will decide if you are a good fit for the Adfellows program.
