I was contacted by a male recruiter who mentioned he was interested in my skills, he asked me to apply and reply to him once I determined which positions I was interested in and the area. Once I did that, I was sent an email stating to prepare myself for a phone interview. Attached to the email was the company's credo, description of duties, and the accessory of the month (which you will be asked to be prepared to discuss). When I actually received the call, the hiring manager was very cold, not friendly at all. She explained to me that she would ask questions both in English and Spanish. she did not speak clearly in Spanish at all (she wasn't spanish, and could not speak Spanish properly). I could not understand her questions and therefore I had a very hard time answering them! And again, she wasn't friendly whatsoever which made the interview awkward and uncomfortable.

I first submitted an online application, then was asked to complete online assessment. After 1 week I had a Phone interview then 5 days later had an in person interview.
