The Interview process was very long. It took close to 3 months after I applied for Customer Service position before I got an offer. However, Interviewer were for friendly and professional.

Tell me about a time........ all questions are in this format. there are several l. Interviewed at least 2 times. YOu also had to take a test beforehand to even get the interview. There were at least 2 people in the room at each interview

tell me about a time you had a difficult time understanding your customer, what did you do and what was the outcome
I interviewed for an entry level position here. Process took 6 weeks, with 3 calls and then an in person interview where I met with two people. A recruiter guided me through the process which was helpful, she was always available to discuss an upcoming call.
