I applied online. I interviewed at Verizon (Irving, TX)
Interview
Pretty easy but if you are a woman do not waste your time, they hire all male staff and its evident as soon as you walk in. They need Bilingual and pay extra for it, but don't even test you so anybody can just say they speak 5 languages.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Same scenario questions you would expect about customer service, non are tech related or language related. The same old questions, what would you do if customer is angry? or scenarios from past jobs.
Interview process included 3 stages. Fist Stager is phone call with recuiter, then is Computer Video Interview, and then real person interview with general manager of store that you are applying to. After that should get another phone call from a recruiter with a decision.

Question 1
Work history past 5 years but self employment doesn't count
They asked a lot of very generic questions. The interviewer said they would reach out within a week to tell me if I would get an offer or not, but I never heard from them again.
