Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, scheduled a call for later in the week, then rescheduled 30 mins before saying she wasn't feeling well. We rescheduled for the following week and the night before the call, I get an email about the call being canceled and then a "no-reply" email about the role being filled. Terrible candidate experience and a total waste of my time but it seems like I dodged a bullet if this is the standard they allow to represent their company.

-Zoom interview with member of team
-on-site interview with 5 people
Had a 3 hour on-site interview with the team. Was told during the interview “people who work here really feel like they have no purpose outside of their job here” and “even when people are on vacation they’re still working” so be warned that’s what’s expected of you there.
Received a rejection email that said “we have decided not to proceed with your candidacy for a recruiting role at Verkada”, when I had interviewed for an Executive Assistant role. Super professional considering the amount of time they made me interview with them.

Extremely thoughtful, organized, and genuine interview experience. From the initial conversation, all the way to the onsite interview and beyond, I felt supported by every single member of the team (whom was involved with the position).
