Candidates applying for Genetics Counselor had the quickest hiring process (on average 2 days), whereas Genetics Counselor roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 2 days).
Extremely difficult interviewing, not straight to the point at all and provides running feedback during the interview - does not really seem to be a people oriented hiring process, but rather focus on how profitable you may be for them. Fair since it was a Sales position, but also difficult to navigate.

How will I be a successful commercial professional?
It was smooth and amazing to get for an interview there, and the staff was amazing there. They took only 10 mins to call me in. The interviewer was also amazing

Interview
HR was extremely disorganized. Was asked for days that worked for a phone interview, they then got back to me with none of the times I listed as being free. Oh ya, and they forgot about my initial screening call. Got back to me an hour after it was supposed to start citing "there was a mixup." When I finally had my call things went well, the interviewer was friendly. I was then told I would be moving forward to more interviews and would hear shortly about those times. Days went by, didn't hear anything. Reached out to HR, nothing. Days went by again. Reached out again to HR and the interviewer. Ghosted by both. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Didn't realize replying "we're not interested" is apparently an arduous task these days.
