I submitted my resume online, received an email less than 24 hours later inviting me to take a critical thinking test(wonderlic test) then told if my score was high enough I would move onto the next step to have an interview with the recruiter and retake the test. Passed both tests, went onto meet with two managers and tour the new office building. Received an offer within the same week and negotiated start date, etc. Overall the hiring process was extremely smooth due to the Vertafore’s professional and experienced recruiter who did all the leg work and kept in close contact throughout the entire process.
