Went through two screenings of phone interviews. One with one of the investors assistant and the other with Al Marez and Bryan O'Rourke. Then had an in-person interview. The interview was a little awkward. They didn't ask any specific questions. I could see that they wanted me to do most of the talking, which I did. I asked them questions and talked about myself. It seemed to go well and they said they would let me be in touch over the next week. After a week passed I called Al and left a message for him, touching base about the position. After a couple days I received a response from Bryan's assistant saying that they went in a different direction with the position. I felt this wasn't professional that I didn't receive a personal email or call. I emailed Al to thank him for his time and asked if he had any constructive criticism for me, which I got no response. I'm disappointed with the company since it has such an exciting future.
