Interview by ELT primarily on technical job functions with minimal behavioural based scenarios, interview took place in an informal setting. Only one interview was required before receiving feedback on whether an offer was to be provided. Salary structure was rigid and below expectation.

Had a very negative interview process with this individual. I was constantly interrupted and asked irrelevant questions. Additionally, there were various comments made on me being a female within the industry; specifically, I was asked if I had a boyfriend within the interview process as well.
