It was easy, went in asked my experience then I was able to figure out that not much experience was needed for the job. The questions were brief and were not challenging.

Briefly and general about cook experiences, negotiate about hourly payment. Try to pay minimum wage and extend hour. Not mention about tip or compensation if you don't ask. Such a horrible.
